In 2008, I made a trip to Tanzania. While I was there, I met a Great Man of God, who devoted his life to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone he met. He was in need of a building and I promised to do what I could to help. Knitting for Tanzania is my attempt to help him build a church building. All profits from sales of my knits go directly to help with his building project. You can visit Knitting for Tanzania by clicking here or on the Picture of Mwene and his wife on my sidebar.

This was a very touching video. Thanks for sharing it. Kathi
That really touched my heart, and those last few moments made me catch my breath. It is amazing that our soldiers are willing to give up so much to keep us secure and free!
I had watched almost the whole thing the other day before I was interrupted. I see now that I missed the point. Wow. That gave me people bumps
Great video!! Thanks for sharing!
dang, Gramma. You gotta go and make me cry on a Friday night.

Ok, I am getting ready for my research on Obama. And if you can please read my updated blog and let me know what you think.
Love you,

Woooooooooooooooo! Trish & Gina's mama made it over to Lulaville. I. Love. It. You made me happy, as do your girls.
And I'm loving your "About Me" profile...I love being part of the vast, right-wing conspiracy. And when I throw in the kicker--"I graduated from Jerry Falwell's university"--well, that just sends people right over the edge. HA!
My son, who is an Iraq vet, showed this to me just last night. Thanks for sharing it with your blog readers.
My son spent 2 1/2 years in Iraq. Thankfully, he came home will all limbs in tact.
