It was very simple to make. I think this is the 9th one I have made using this pattern and I have one more cut out. I actually started this one last year, but then life happened and I was not able to get back to it to finish it until yesterday. Hope she still wants it and likes the fabrics I chose.

Continuing our "StayCation"
This thing was very popular, but we could not manage to make it work!
After Pizza and Cookies we were very thirsty. One of us (Me) had to jump on the button to get it to work, while the other (sissy) seemed to get all the benefits. Well, she also got very wet too!
(hee hee)
I think Sissy got the worst of it since she was still wet. These guys sure were friendly though.
When we left the park, we saw this place was still open, so after the water fountain fiasco, we decided to buy some lemonade.
Now it is back to the garden for us. Maybe tomorrow we will sleep in and fix up the house.
Evy may be at the happiest place on earth, but this place was nice too.

Our little "StayCation"
While Evy, Her daughter and some of those pesky little children are away in California, we decided to show you what we are doing on our little "StayCation"

My sis and I went to the beach today. It was sunny and 75* with a little breeze. Just perfect!
Sissy took a little swim. I am not a good swimmer, so I stayed on the beach. I brought a good book to read and my sunblock, so I am happy.
Here is my sis in her sunglasses. She thinks she is so cool!

My favorite flip-flops.

We went hunting for seashells, and this is what we found. See the one under the blanket? She is trying to hide it from me because I found it, but she got to it faster and claimed "Finders Keepers".
Now she is just rubbing it in!
Speaking of rubbing it in, it is time for more sunblock.
So, Maybe you are lucky enough to be taking a real vacation like Evy, and maybe you are just enjoying your home town like my sis and I, but we would love to hear what you are doing this summer. We will be filling you in on more of our "StayCation" tomorrow.
