Hugs and prayers for you. My Mom has been gone almost 25 years and I still miss her. I know it's not the same as losing a child though and my heart hurts for you. It does get a little easier though. Blessings, Betsy
In my experience Evie, no, it never stops hurting. You learn to live with the pain, walk side by side, arm in arm with it, becoming uncomfortable acquaintances. Some days it's barely there & the next thing you know it comes roaring back to overwhelm you, to dump you back into that black pit you thought you would never climb out of. Hang in there dear one, it does get "better" in that you learn to control the grief instead of it running your life. God keep you in His love always.
