Fab Five Friday

My dear sweet friend Frizzy, of Frizzy and the Bird fame is hosting a picture share on her blog Heavens Gift.
I can in no way even begin to meet her quality of photography, but I still wanted to share the few shots I have been able to take lately.  These are pictures that were either taken after my computer crashed, or I still had them on my camera.  I really did not get out this week to take pictures, just could not drag myself out into the rain to do it:)  Be sure to go visit Frizzy and ooooh and aaaah over her lovely pictures and click on others who may be joining in also.
Waiting for Spring.

Mt Baker in Northwest Washington. Near the Canadian border.  About 100 miles north of my home.

Darius, #1419, taking advantage of a break in the rain.

Signs of Spring.  My Cherry tree in bud

Another sign of Spring.  New life in my strawberry pot.

Thanks so much for joining me this week. You are so sweet. My favorite shot here is of the snow on the swing.

As for the pic of the mountain and Darius, they make me miss you something terrible.

Other than Darius, who is one of my favorite subjects, the snow on the swing is my favorite too.
Love you:)

Frizzy's pics are good, but so are yours! I liked the cherry bud with the rough textured bark behind it! You could fade out (air brush out or whatever the current term is) the fence, house and garbage can and have a really neat photo!

What beautiful photos!! You did a GREAT job! The mountain scene is my favorite, but the one with Darius on the swing is precious, as well! :)

Agreed - your photos are gorgeous too! We have to talk about making them BIGGER in your posts, though! (I'm getting old.)

My fave = Darius. Perfect lighting, setting, use of 3rds, etc. etc. etc.
